Digital Activism: Building A Digital-First Strategy

The 2024 election is widely referred to as “The Podcast Election.” On the surface, it’s a reference to the rise of independent media and the fall of legacy news. But the implications are far deeper and more complex. Independent media is simply the most visible layer of this new paradigm for political campaigns; A digital-first paradigm.

This class will unpack what it truly means to be “digital-first” and why this approach is no longer optional—it’s essential. We’ll go in-depth explaining why building a digital activism database is the foundation of any modern campaign, show you how to build one and provide actionable steps for leveraging this data.

Whether you’re a first-time candidate or campaign veteran looking to level up, this session will give you actionable insights and tools to help you run a smarter, more connected campaign. You’ll walk away understanding that if you follow a digital-first strategy, you can’t lose – even if you lose the election.
